Plavio is operated by Teem Camp Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

1. Who We Are

Plavio is an AI-powered platform that transforms company training materials into interactive digital learning experiences, including game-based and scenario-based training environments.

Our Services are designed to support employee engagement, onboarding, compliance training, and workplace learning.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement

• Use the platform on behalf of a company, organisation, or authorised entity where applicable

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Plavio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments and Billing

Certain Services may require payment.

Plavio may offer:

• One-time purchases

• Pay-per-game access

• Subscription plans

• Enterprise or custom agreements

Pricing and billing details will be displayed at checkout or agreed separately in writing.

Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are non-refundable

• Access remains active only while payments are valid

• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

5. Customer Content

You retain ownership of all documents, media, policies, training materials, and other content uploaded to the platform (“Customer Content”).

By uploading Customer Content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it

• The content does not infringe third-party rights

• The content complies with applicable laws and regulations

You grant Plavio a limited licence to process Customer Content solely for the purpose of generating and delivering the Services.

6. AI-Generated Experiences

Plavio uses artificial intelligence to transform Customer Content into interactive experiences.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or unintended interpretations

• Plavio does not provide legal, regulatory, compliance, or professional advice

• Customers remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating, approving, and maintaining the accuracy and suitability of all generated training experiences and content

Plavio should be used as an engagement and delivery platform, not as a substitute for legal or compliance review.

7. Data Handling and Privacy

Customer data remains fully private, encrypted, and securely isolated.

Uploaded content is processed through authorised enterprise infrastructure providers and is not used to train external AI models.

Plavio implements commercially reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect customer information.

Uploaded source documents may be temporarily processed for generation purposes and deleted after processing, subject to operational and legal requirements.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse or disrupt the Services

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts

• Upload malicious, unlawful, or harmful material

• Use the platform to infringe intellectual property rights

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit generated experiences without written permission from Plavio

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.

9. Intellectual Property

The Plavio platform, software, systems, branding, interface design, workflows, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of Teem Camp Ltd and its licensors.

Customer Content remains owned by the customer.

Generated outputs are licensed to customers for internal business use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Plavio’s technology or intellectual property.

10. Availability of Services

We aim to provide reliable access to the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance

• Updates

• Third-party service interruptions

• Technical failures

• Events outside our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

11. Third-Party Services

Plavio may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, hosting, payments, analytics, AI processing, or related services.

We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by third-party providers.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plavio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

• Accuracy or completeness of generated outputs

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Plavio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

• Plavio shall not be liable for loss of profits, business interruption, reputational damage, or loss of data

• Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Plavio in the previous three (3) months

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

• You breach these Terms

• Your use creates security or legal risks

• Required by law

Termination does not remove payment obligations already incurred.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Where appropriate, we will notify users via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
